Welcome to Feel Amazing, the home of our flagship programmes, ‘Beyond the Bullying‘, designed to help and support those who’ve been bullied along with parents and carers, schools, colleges and universities, clubs and societies and employers.

Every year around 25% of children and young people and 20% of adults are bullied, whether that’s in person on online.

Bullying can take many different forms and feels different to every person who experiences it. My mission is to help you to overcome and repair the damage done through bullying, to help you rebuild your confidence and self esteem and to hopefully feel a little more amazing every day.

How can I help?

There’s lots of incredible programmes to help prevent bullying or to identify bullying, the question for me is what happens to help those who’ve been bullied to recover from their experiences and trauma? That’s where our programmes come in

Beyond the Bullying: The Parent & Carer Edition

There’s nothing worse as a parent or carer than knowing that your child or young person has been hurt in some way. The question is, how do you help them to recover from what they’ve experienced and start rebuilding their confidence, self-esteem and faith in the world which changed in the blink of an eye. This programme is designed to support you every step of the way

Beyond the Bullying: Slimming Redefined

Losing weight is about what’s goes on in our heads, hearts and stomachs – not just in one of them. The Slimming Redefined programme combines the science of positive psychology with nutrition and proven weight loss strategies to enable you to lose weight and feel amazing at the same time.

When your bullied it feels like the world you knew, the person you thought you were, the safety and security you once took for granted has all suddenly changed. Regardless of the type of bullying you experience, it changes you, it creates doubts, it reinforces the insecurities and fears you had and makes them feel a little bit more real.

I’m keen not to waste anyone’s precious time, so my programmes are right for you if:

~ you want to be able to learn the tools and techniques you can implement in your life to help recover from the impact bullying has on your life and the lives of others

~ you’re willing to try new things, to look at things differently and accept you too may need to change and learn a bit to be you at your best to help yourself and others

My programmes are not for you if:

~ you’re looking for a quick fix or the next fad – everything I provide is scientifically proven

~ you aren’t looking for someone else to do the work for you

~ you aren’t prepared to spend a little time learning the information and taking the necessary actions

About Me

Just like you, I’ve got a story to tell. My life has been full of ups and downs. In fact every decade of my life has been touched by bullying one way or another.

Over the past 20 years I’ve committed to learning the tools and techniques, backed by science, which can help boost our happiness, unlock our positivity and enable us to become happier. No fads, no BS, just honest scientifically proven and practical actions.

I get what it’s like to feel low, anxious and lost.

I understand the feelings of fear, shame, guilt, self-sabotage, feeling lost and a desperate desire not to feel that way any more. I’ve learned to master my own battles and now I want to help you overcome yours.

Whilst this won’t replace any professional mental health therapy or medication, these tools, actions and ideas are things you can be putting into practice which can help.
